• Do I own my domain name?

You will always retain ownership for your domain name.  When start your website you have two choices

1) Register your domain name yourself and let us know it so  we can tell you where you need to point your name servers.

2) You can let us register it for you in your name and manage all of the technical nitty-gritty. If you ever want to move your domain, we'll be happy to help you transfer it to whatever domain registrar you wish.

• Do I own my website?

Yes! Once the website is completed you then have full ownership of the website and can keep it updated yourself if you wish or  you can sign up for our maintenance and management package which is very reasonably priced any can keep you worry free about your website.

• Do I have to host my website with you?

No, you don’t! We can also create a website for you on your own hosting account, just let us know the details

We do recommend our easy service to minimise the work you need to do as your site has to be hosted to go on the web, and we offer free hosting for the first year - along with other services - but you're not under any obligation to use this service.

• Do you have a guarantee?

We are completely committed to making sure that you're happy with your website and want to create a web presence for you that attracts new business and makes you proud to show to people.

Because of this, we will rework your design up to 3 times in the first 40 days of your project to make certain that you are happy with it before it goes live. This allows you to see your site and make sure that it's just what you wanted

• What if I need my site updated later?

We can always do updates to your website for a very affordable rate and we can get your updates done very quickly.

We can usually do medium sized updates for anywhere from 35-50 € depending on what you need done. Small updates can usually be done for 25 €. Just contact us for a quote with your update details.

• Why is your service cheaper then other web design companies?

We can offer a cheaper service because we work from home and therefore have no overheads. The quality of the service is the same as a larger company, you just get the same quality product for less  money

• Why do you offer only one basic package?

We only detail one package but we can easily customise to fit your needs. We found that many web design companies show multiple packages but if you read the fine print they are all basically the same apart from page size. We preferred to offer the basic package and then increase or decrease the details based on our customers needs.
